Director Declaration
The Board of Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, has been informed by David Forbes, a non-executive director, that Entu (UK) plc, a company of which he was non-executive Chairman, has appointed administrators today. Mr Forbes resigned his directorship of Entu (UK) plc immediately after their appointment. This announcement is made in accordance with AIM Rule 17.
