Renold PLC18 April 2008 RENOLD plc DIRECTORATE CHANGE Renold plc is pleased to announce the appointment of John Allkins asNon-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective 17 April2008. John Allkins, aged 58, was previously Group Finance Director for MyTravel Groupplc and is also a Non-Executive Director of Intec Telecom Systems Plc.
