Director's Dealing

Real Estate Investors plc (AIM: RLE), the West Midlands based property group, announces that today, John Jack, Deputy Chairman of the Company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42p per share to each of Paul Bassi, Chief Executive of the Company, and Marcus Daly, Finance Director of the Company (in aggregate, 100,000 Ordinary Shares).

Following this transaction Mr Jack's interest in the Company amounts to 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14 per cent of the issued share capital, Mr Bassi's interest in the Company amounts to 9,050,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.67 per cent of the issued share capital and Mr Daly's interest in the Company amounts to 735,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.03 per cent of the issued share capital.
