Q3 Dividend Declaration
Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the London Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of 1.53 million sq ft of commercial property in the Midlands property market across all sectors, is pleased to announce that in accordance with its progressive dividend policy, REI will pay a Q3 dividend of 0.9375 pence per share for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019. The payment will be made on 24 January 2020 to all shareholders on the register as at 3 January 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 2 January 2020. This dividend will be a non-Property Income Distribution (non-PID).
