Reliance Energy Ld04 October 2007 Sub: Outcome of the Board Meeting The Board approved the proposal by Reliance Power Limited, a company promoted byReliance Energy Limited and Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, to undertakean Initial Public Offering of equity shares of the company. The draft redherring prospectus for the said IPO will be filed by Reliance Power Limited withSEBI shortly. Reliance Power Limited is pursuing various gas, coal and hydro power generationprojects in different parts of the country.
