Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that on 23 February 2012 Mr Salvatore Diliberto and The Hon. Robert A Rayne, both directors of the Company, each acquired ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The details of the acquisitions are set out below:

The Company has also been informed by Mr Phillip Kaye, a substantial shareholder in the Company, that he has acquired 2,156,681 Ordinary Shares. Following the acquisition, Mr Kaye is now interested in 15,535,825 Ordinary Shares representing 23.18 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
