Regional REIT Limited (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them ("PCA").
On 4 December 2017, the Board of Regional REIT Limited announced details of a share issue to raise gross proceeds of c.£50 million by way of a Firm Placing and additional gross proceeds of up to £50 million by way of a Placing, Open Offer and Offer for Subscription (together the "Share Issue").
The Company announces that the following named PDMRs or persons closely associated with such PDMRs acquired the following ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Share Issue.
