Regional REIT Limited (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them ("PCA").
On 21 October 2016 Mr Inglis sold 750,000 shares in Regional REIT Limited to meet his personal tax liability arising on those shares he was allocated with the Initial Public Offering of the Company in November 2015. Following this transaction, Mr Inglis' holding in the Company decreased to 752,549 shares, representing 0.27% of the share capital.
