Purchase by EBT

red24, the crisis assistance company, was notified on 21 December 2015 of the purchase by the red24 Employees' Share Trust (the "EBT") of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 18.5 pence per Ordinary Share in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Consequently, the EBT holds 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.25 per cent of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of all employees of the Company and its subsidiaries and has initially been funded by way of a loan from red24. RBC cees Trustee Limited are acting as the trustees of the EBT. The directors of the Company are potentially beneficiaries of Ordinary Shares held in the EBT.
