Director Dealing

red24, the crisis assistance company, was notified today, 17th July, of the sale by Financial & General Securities Limited ("FGSL"), a broker/dealer in securities, of 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 29.25 pence per Ordinary Share in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). As a consequence of this sale, FGSL no longer has a holding in the Company.

Simon Richards, chairman of the Company, is a director and has an indirect shareholding of 31.42% in FGSL, although trading decisions by FGSL are taken independently of Mr. Richards.

As a result of the above disposal Mr Richards is now interested in a total of 14,019,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 28.62% of the Company's issued share capital of which 13,389,250 Ordinary Shares are held by Sidebell Limited, a company in which Mr. Richards is also a director and shareholder.
