Contract Win

red24, an international provider of assistance and risk management services, is pleased to announce that it has secured a three-year contract to provide special risk response services for a major German insurer with operations in several European territories.

The contract, worth at least £125,000 per annum and effective from 1 January 2013, is red24's first agreement with this client and represents the Company's first retained client in mainland Europe.

Maldwyn Worsley-Tonks, chief executive officer of the Company, commented that: "We are very pleased to have been able to secure this contract after having worked hard to develop relationships with such institutions across Europe, and will continue to work hard on converting other leads into contracts. Whilst not impacting materially upon our expectations of future financial performance, we are pleased to have been able to enhance visibility over our revenue base."
