GRANT OF OPTIONS

Red24 plc ("Red24" or "the Company") announces that, in light of tax advice received, it has today cancelled options previously granted on 9 November 2011 to Mal Worsley-Tonks, Chief Executive, to subscribe for 500,000 shares of 1p each at 10.5p per share and has replaced them with new options to subscribe for 500,000 shares of 1p each at 10.5 p per share. In addition, in recognition of the continued contribution of Mr Worsley-Tonks to the strong growth of Red24, the Company has today also granted to him options to subscribe for a further 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 10.5p per share. These options, which are not subject to any performance conditions, have been granted under the Company's executive share option scheme and are exercisable between 8th August 2015 and 8th August 2018.

The Company was also notified today that on 15 August 2012, Messrs Simon Richards (chairman), Mal Worsley-Tonks (chief executive) and John Mocatta (non-executive director) each purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 11p.

Following these share purchases, Mr Richards has an interest in 14,499,250 ordinary shares representing approximately 29.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Worsley -Tonks has an interest in 943,500 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Mocatta has an interest in 630,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr Worsley-Tonks now holds options to subscribe for 1,425,000 ordinary shares.
