Director shareholdings

Camco International Limited (the "Company"), a global emissions reduction company, announces the following changes in Director shareholdings.

Jeff Kenna has today transferred 250,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" - representing approximately 0.13% of the current issued share capital) from his personal account to Overmoor Ltd. N.A.Kenna (connected person) has transferred 250,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company (representing approximately 0.13% of the current issued share capital) from her personal account to Overmoor Ltd. Jeff Kenna (or his connected persons) has a beneficial interest in all the above entities and therefore there is no change to the beneficial ownership by Jeff Kenna (or his connected persons) of Shares following the Transfers. Jeff Kenna's total interest of 4,079,762 Shares (representing approximately 2.16% of the current issued share capital) remains unchanged following the above Transfers.

Scott McGregor has today exercised his option over 750,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each that were held on his behalf in the Company's LTIP Trust account. In order to settle the tax falling due as a result of this exercise, Scott McGregor has also sold 375,000 Ordinary Shares (0.20% of the current issued share capital) at 17.00p. After these transactions, Scott McGregor holds 1,588,321 Ordinary Shares representing 0.84% of the current issued share capital.

Yariv Cohen has today exercised his option over 750,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each that were held on his behalf in the Company's LTIP Trust account. In order to settle the tax falling due as a result of this and previous exercises, Yariv Cohen has also sold 975,000 Ordinary Shares (0.52% of the current issued share capital) at 17.00p. After these transactions, Yariv Cohen holds 975,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.52% of the current issued share capital.
