Camco International Limited ("Camco"), a leading climate change business in the growing carbonΒ and sustainable development markets, announces that Chief Executive Officer JeffΒ Kenna has today transferred 128,600 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to OvermoorΒ LimitedΒ SSAS of which Jeff Kenna is interested.
The 128,600 Shares which represent 0.07% of the current issued share capital were sold by Jeff Kenna and acquired byΒ Overmoor Ltd SSASΒ at 27.25p per share.
Jeff Kenna'sΒ total interest ofΒ 3,579,763Β SharesΒ (representingΒ 2.07% of the current issued share capital) remains unchanged following the transferΒ of which 2,254,852 are held personally, 166,667 Shares are held by Overmoor Limited andΒ 1,158,244Β are held by Overmoor Limited SSAS.
