The Company received notification on 20 March 2009 from Generation Investment Management LLP that Generation IM Climate Solutions Fund, L.P. (the "Shareholder") increased their shareholding and now holds 32,250,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company, representing approximately 19.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
