Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core shares for the period 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2016, of 2.7 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 1,966,099).

Special Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)In addition the Company is pleased to declare a special dividend for the Core shares of 0.8p for the year ended 31 March 2016 (a total amount of GBP 582,548).Both dividends will be paid on 22 July 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 July 2016. The ex dividend date is 30 June 2016.
