Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company")

London, 19 August 2013 

The Company was advised on Friday, 16 August 2013 that its Chairman, Mr Thomas Chandos, bought 100,000 Preference shares at a price of 106p per share through his pension fund. The purchase of the Preference shares took place on Friday, 16 August 2013.

Mr Chandos' direct interest in the Company is now therefore 280,000 Core Ordinary shares, 150,000 Preference shares and 11,136 European Residual Income Investments Cell ("ERII Cell") shares, in aggregate representing 0.70% of the issued Core Ordinary shares, 0.33% of the issued Preference shares and 0.06% of the issued ERII Cell shares.
