Dividend Dates

Further to the announcement made by Redcentric plc ("Redcentric" or "the Company") earlier today, the Company confirms that the ex-dividend date for the proposed final dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share (subject to approval at the Company's annual general meeting on 2 September 2019) is 4 July 2019, based on a record date of 5 July 2019, and will be paid on 6 September 2019.
