Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), announces that on 22 August 2016 it received notices of exercise in relation to the exercise of employee share options over 337,500 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") issued under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan.

Accordingly, application has been made for the 337,500 new Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the option exercises to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 26 August 2016.

Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 146,881,185 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
