Completion of Capital Reduction
Tender Offer Timetable
Redcentric plc (LSE: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider ('MSP'), today announces that its Capital Reduction is now effective. This follows the registration of the Court Order and accompanying statement of capital by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales. The number of shares admitted to trading is unchanged by the Capital Reduction.
Following the Capital Reduction becoming effective, the Company sets out the full timetable regarding the Tender Offer, further details of which were set out in the circular posted to Shareholders on 19 June 2026 (the 'Circular').
