Exercise of Options
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that it received notice of exercise ('Exercise') in relation to employee share options over 3,747 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') issued under the Company's Save As You Earn ('SAYE') Option Plan 2014.
To satisfy the Exercise the Company is issuing 3,747 new Ordinary Shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 3,747 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission') and it is expected that Admission will be effective, and dealings will commence in respect of the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on or around 25 February 2026.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 159,304,832 Ordinary Shares, 496 of which remain held in Treasury. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders should exclude any Ordinary Shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 159,304,336 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
