Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 5,330,811 ordinary shares of 10 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and the Official List. The application has been made to rectify a discrepancy between the shares currently admitted to trading and the Company's issued share capital. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on 18 August 2020.
The Company's issued share capital of 309,286,317 remains unchanged. The Company currently holds 10,017,620 ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in Reach plc is 299,268,697 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in Reach plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
