Litigation Finance Presentation

RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the professional services group, will provide a live investor presentation about the Group's Litigation Finance activities via the Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform on 3 March 2021 at 10.00am.

The Group has two types of litigation investments - the Group's law firm, Rosenblatt Limited's own client matters, and litigation matters run by third-party solicitors, through a separate arm, LionFish Litigation Finance (UK) Limited ("LionFish"). Group CEO, Nicola Foulston and Tets Ishikawa, Managing Director of LionFish will host the presentation.

Investors who have already registered and added to meet the Company, will be automatically invited.

Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

Although the Company may not be able to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market.

Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the IMC platform. Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all elements of its shareholder base.
