Adventis Group PLC17 January 2008 17 January 2008 ADVENTIS GROUP PLC ("the Company") Directors' Interest The Company was notified on 17 January 2008 by RBC cees Trustee Limited, thetrustee of Adventis Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), that on 16 January2008 it acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Shares")at 33p per share. These Shares are to be held for the benefit of the Company'semployees. The executive directors of the Company are deemed to have an interestin these Shares by virtue of their status as potential beneficiaries under theTrust.
