Trading Statement 

Adventis Group plc (Adventis - ATG), the AIM-quoted full service multimedia marketing and advertising agency, announces the following trading update for the year ended 31 December 2008.

Results for the year ended 31 December 2008 are expected to be in line with revised market expectations following the Group's announcement of 3 December 2008. The Group's Health, Technology & Telecoms, Media and Financial Services divisions have continued to trade profitably as has the Group's Property division, which now represents only one quarter of Group revenue.

The Group has net cash and a significant bank facility in place which leaves it well placed to exploit realistically priced acquisition opportunities in 2009. At this early stage in the year the Group is trading in line with management expectations.

Adventis expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2008 on 15 April 2009.
