Director/PDMR shareholding
Reabold, the investing company focused on developing strategic gas projects for European energy security, announces that:
a) On April 29, 2026, Sachin Oza, Co-Chief Executive Officer, has, in order to transfer shares between accounts and effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 125,000,000 shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Shares") and immediately repurchased 93,000,000 Shares into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA"), and repurchased 32,000,000 Shares into his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP")
b) On April 29, 2026, Ishaan Oza, a PCA with Sachin Oza, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 10,000,000 Shares and immediately repurchased 9,940,530 Shares into his ISA; and
c) On April 29, 2026, Krish Oza a PCA with Sachin Oza, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 40,000,000 Shares and immediately repurchased 38,572 806 Shares into his ISA, and on April 30, 2026, repurchased 1,427,194 Shares into his ISA.
