Adventis Group plc ("Adventis" or the "Company")
Market Purchase of the Company's Own Shares
Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 29 May 2008 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares, a market purchase of 47,619 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital ("Shares") of the Company was made on 15 July 2008 at a price of 21p per share.
These Shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above, the Company holds 572,389 Shares in treasury.
The number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is 42,943,482 Shares.
