Grant of Share Options

Adventis Group, the full service multimedia and advertising agency, announces that the following grants of share options under the Adventis Long Term Share Incentive Plan have been made:

The number of share options granted to each of the above has been determined based upon the share price of 24.44 pence. The options which have been granted for nil consideration are exercisable in three years' time dependent upon the performance of the Company over each of the three financial years ending 31 December 2011, including the current financial year.
