Holding in Company
Pursuant to the placing announced on 19 July 2010, the Company has been notified that Ruffer LLP subscribed for 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares at the placing price of 4p. Following the placing, Ruffer LLP will have an interest in 21,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.52% of the issued share capital of RAM.
In addition, the Company has also been notified that SF T1ps Smaller Companies Growth Fund subscribed for 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at the placing price of 4p. Following the placing, SF T1ps Smaller Companies Growth Fund will have an interest in 4,735,294 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.32% of the issued share capital of RAM.
