The RAM Active Media plc ("RAM") announces that it has today received a TR-1 form from Ruffer LLP, notifying the crossing of a threshold under DTR 5.
Date of transaction: 28th November Ruffer LLP
Threshold crossed: 23% to 22%
Holding before and after the transaction: 110,887,500 ordinary shares and voting rights
Ruffer LLP crossed the threshold due to the additional listing of shares issued to Stream and Eden, as per the announcements on 21 and 22 November 2012.
