Withdrawal of request for General Meeting

The Company announces that it has received notice of withdrawal by Hill Street Investments PLC ("HSI") of the special notice under section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 requesting a General Meeting.

Commenting, David Binding the Chairman of the Company said "I thank HSI for the withdrawal and for their continuing support of the Company and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tim Baldwin for his contribution to the group and to wish him all the best in his other pursuits"
