Confirmation of Date of Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Further to the announcement made at 7.01 am on 27 January 2015, QinetiQ Group plc ('QinetiQ') confirms that Steve Wadey will join QinetiQ as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 27 April 2015.
