NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company announces that it received notification on 27 August 2014, from Brandon Howard Leigh, Executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 18,069 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.004% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of 371p per share on 27 August 2014. Following this dealing Brandon Howard Leigh's total holding is 118,297 shares in the Company representing 0.028% of the shares in issue.
The Company also announces that it received notification on 27 August 2014, from Cathy Doyle-Heffernan, a PDMR, that she had purchased 6,327 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.001% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of 371p per share on 27 August 2014. Following this dealing Cathy Doyle-Heffernan's total holding is 6,327 shares in the Company representing 0.001% of the shares in issue.
No new shares have been issued in respect of the dealing above.
