It is expected that the 143,316,664 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in theCompany placed at 1.5p per share with institutional and other investors, andcertain of the Company's Directors, will be admitted to AIM on Thursday 12 April2007. Following Admission, the Company will have in issue 394,355,136 OrdinaryShares of 1p each.
