Prospex Energy PLC, the AIM quoted investment company focused on European energy projects, announces that it has been notified that Mark Routh the CEO and a Director of the Company, has transferred 363,024 Ordinary Shares in PXEN from a nominee account to his ISA (the ''Transfer'').
Following the Transfer, Mark Routh remains beneficially interested in, in aggregate, 2,639,329 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.66% of the Company's currently issued share capital.
