Sale of shares, exercise of options and PDMR notification
Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, has been notified that on 19 January 2017, Richard Jacques, Lettings Director, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold 35,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company also announces that on 19 January 2017, options to subscribe for 30,451 Ordinary Shares (the "Options") were exercised by an employee. These options were granted prior to the Company's IPO.
Pursuant to the exercise of the Options, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 30,451 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 25 January 2017.
The Company's issued ordinary share capital following Admission will be 247,773,639 Ordinary Shares.
