PureCircle Launches ZetaTM Family of New Ingredients

PureCircle (www.purecircle.com), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces the launch today of its newest set of stevia ingredients, the ZetaTM Family. These ingredients closes the taste gap for low to no calorie applications and are made with steviol glycosides with the most sugar-like taste, including Reb M, Reb D and others.

The Zeta Family ingredients provide statistically superior ratings in expert sensory taste tests compared to other steviol glycosides in low to no calorie formulations.
