File Forge Technology Plc (AQUIS: FILE), a provider of Filecoin staking nodes, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on Monday 24 June 2024 at 2:30 p.m. BST, at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, England, WC2B 5DG.
Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which together with the Form of Proxy, have been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website https://www.getfileforge.com/.
