Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 10 November 2015, Aynsley Fairburn, son of Group Chief Executive Jeff Fairburn and a connected person, purchased 404 ordinary shares in the Company at 1874.55p per share. The shares were purchased for an ISA account.

Jeff Fairburn and his connected persons' total interests in the Company are 154,315 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital. Jeff Fairburn also has a non-beneficial interest in 48,360 shares.

The issued share capital of the Company on 11 November 2015 is 306,557,484 ordinary shares.
