The Company was notified on 5 May 2016 that on the same date, Quentin Spicer, a Director of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited, together with his wife, Jayne Elizabeth Spicer, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 179.0p per share.

Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Mr. Spicer and his connected persons is equal to 23,200 shares, representing 0.0251% of the issued share capital of the Company.
