Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK Main Market listed investment company focused on Berlin residential real estate, announces it has been informed that PMM Partners (UK) Limited and its principals have sold a total of 2,239,361 shares in the Company at a price of £3.50 per share.
PMM Partners (UK) Limited acted as property advisor to the Company until it was replaced by PMM Residential Limited, effective from the 1st of January 2019, in the previously announced intra-group reorganisation. The sale of the shares was made to cover the tax liabilities arising from the December 2017 performance fee which was paid by awarding PSD shares to PMM Partners (UK) Limited in May 2018.
