As announced in the Chairman's Statement within the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020, published on 29 March 2021, Quentin Spicer notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director at the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting. We therefore now confirm that Quentin Spicer has retired with effect from today's Annual General Meeting.
Robert Hingley, Chairman, commented, "Quentin has overseen the transformation of the Company from inception in 2007, through to listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2015 and its expansion thereafter. On behalf of the entire Board and of Qsix, I would like to express our gratitude to Quentin for his dedicated service over the past fourteen years."
