Publication of Prospectus and Circular

The prospectus of the Company dated 9 February 2016 (the "Prospectus") relating to the proposed Firm Placing, Offer for Subscription and Placing Programme (the "Proposals") announced earlier today has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and has been published. The Company has also sent a circular to its Shareholders today in relation to the Proposals (the "Circular").

Copies of the Prospectus and the Circular will be available for inspection during normal business hours on any weekday (public holidays excepted) at the registered office of the Company at 13-14 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1BD and by requesting a hard copy through Appleby Fund Administrators (Jersey) Limited on +44 (0) 1534 818 433.
