RESULTS OF Annual General Meeting held on
MONDAY 23 JULY 2012
Polar Capital Holdings plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting ("AGM") held on 23 July 2012 were unanimously passed on a show of hands.
