Directors Dealing

The Company was informed on 31 January 2011 that, on 28 January 2011, Brian Ashford-Russell, a non-executive director of Polar Capital, sold 1,050,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding and a further 250,000 Ordinary Shares from the ADFAL trust where both he and his spouse are trustees at 139p per share.

 Following this transaction Mr Ashford-Russell is interested in a total of 8,700,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 11.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
