Director shareholdings
Further to the announcement on 7 April 2020 (RNS Number: 9534I) it can be confirmed that Mr David Lamb and Mr Andrew Ross have today been appointed as non-executive directors of the Company, subject to the receipt of regulatory references.
David Lamb has a personal holding of 25,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
Andrew Ross does not currently hold any shares in the capital of the Company.
