Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Group")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)
On 20 October 2017 Mr Tim Woolley, Non-Executive Director, exercised 1,372,635 share options under the Company's 2007 Equity Inventive Plan (the "Plan"). The Company issued 868,073 Ordinary Shares in satisfaction of the options, all of which were then sold at a market price of 450p per Ordinary Share.
Mr Woolley continues to hold shares and share options as follows:
