Transaction in Own Shares
Polar Capital Holdings plc announces that on the 20 October 2017 its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased through its Nominated Adviser and Broker, Canaccord Genuity Limited, 666,666 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence at a price of 450 pence per share.
The purchased ordinary shares will be used to satisfy the vesting of shares options and shares to be issued under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan as previously indicated in the AUM Update of 12 October 2017 (RNS Number 3732T).
Following the purchase, the EBT holds 2,545,653 ordinary shares, representing 2.74% of the total ordinary share capital of the Group.
The Group's issued share capital as at 24 October 2017 is 92,828,979 ordinary shares.
