Polypipe Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that on 17 June 2020, Martin Payne, Chief Executive Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised the following options:
1. a nil-cost option over 39,901 Shares in accordance with the Long Term Incentive Plan Award granted to him on 2 May 2017. Mr Payne sold sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities due on exercise.
2. a nil-cost option over 4,120 Shares in accordance with the Deferred Share Bonus Plan Award granted to him on 25 April 2017. Mr Payne sold sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities due on exercise.
3. a nil-cost option over 7,738 Shares in accordance with the Deferred Share Bonus Plan Award granted to him on 2 May 2018. Mr Payne sold sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities due on exercise.
The Company also announces that on 17 June 2020, Glen Sabin, Chief Operating Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised the following option:
1. a nil-cost option over 1,482 Shares in accordance with the Deferred Share Bonus Plan Award granted to him on 2 May 2018. Mr Sabin sold sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance liabilities due on exercise.
