PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC(the "Company") Transaction in own Ordinary Shares The Company announces that on 27 June 2013 it purchased in the market 40,000ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £10.45 per sharefor cancellation. Following this transaction, there are 34,604,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, noneof which are held in treasury. In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it hasacquired, for investment purposes, 2,917,000 ordinary shares and 4,661,000redeemable shares, representing approximately 10.04% of the shares thenoutstanding.
